Government of Rwanda targets to increase urbanization rate from 18% to 35% in 2024 to support economic growth.  An urbanization of 35% by 2024 is the expression of an increase of urban population by about 2.7 million people.

 

The Housing Market study done in City of Kigali (IGC 2018) showed that 700,000 new dwelling units were needed by 2028.

EPCA Development is set to contribute to the Government Rwanda’s targets to deliver to Rwandan Population housing units which are sustainable, energy efficient & in vast numbers in order to overcome the current scarcity of houses.

  

EPCA Development is developing Modern and Low-cost housing project in Kanzenze sector on 5.6739 hectors in Bugesera district. The company plans to deliver Modern & Low cost houses in phases which will target middle income earners from both public and private sector.
