KISIMA APARTMENTS

EPCA Development played a pivotal role in the development of eight blocks Kisima Apartments comprising 64 modern apartments in Kagarama, Kicukiro District.
Kisima Apartments offer the perfect blend of comfort and elegance with a shared swimming pool, a fully-equipped gym and an ample parking.
EPC AFRICA GROUP HQ
2 Storey Building
EPCA Development successfully delivered the 2-storey building housing the EPC Africa Group Headquarters in Kigali, Rwanda. The fully equipped commercial building is also under the management of EPCA development.
LEBANON HOTEL
3 Storey Building
Located in Remera near the Amahoro stadium and Kigali Arena, the 3-story luxury hotel was designed and implemented with great success by EPCA Development. The hotel features conference rooms, a restaurant, a spa, a swimming pool, and accommodation rooms. Lebanon Hotel demonstrates EPCA's growing expertise in the development of world class infrastructures for the hospitality industry.
TIA
3 Storey Building
The G + 2 complex of Trinity International Academy (TIA) in Nyarutarama was remodeled by EPCA Development. The building was equipped with multiple classrooms, a lab for applied science, multipurpose halls, and sports facilities.
PORT OF RUBAVU
2 Storey Building
EPCA Development played a major role in the development and implementation of the Port of Rubavu, the first ever commercial port in Rwanda. EPCA development will be in charge of maintenance of Rubavu port, which is expected to accommodate 2.3 million passengers and handle 1.3 million metric tonnes of cargo annually. In order to complement the recently finished Rubavu Port, EPCA Development is also aggressively working on the development of Rusizi Port.
Modern and Low-cost housing project. The project plans to deliver 200 units in the first phase.
MODERN & LOW-COST HOUSING PROJECTS
Government of Rwanda targets to increase urbanization rate from 18% to 35% in 2024 to support economic growth. An urbanization of 35% by 2024 is the expression of an increase of urban population by about 2.7 million people.
The Housing Market study done in City of Kigali (IGC 2018) showed that 700,000 new dwelling units were needed by 2028.
EPCA Development is set to contribute to the Government Rwanda’s targets to deliver to Rwandan Population housing units which are sustainable, energy efficient & in vast numbers in order to overcome the current scarcity of houses.
EPCA Development is developing Modern and Low-cost housing project in Kanzenze sector on 5.6739 hectors in Bugesera district. The company plans to deliver Modern & Low cost houses in phases which will target middle income earners from both public and private sector.
